SHIPPING AND PACKAGING

Thank you for visiting my website.

Here is a little about how I ship my artwork, and a bit more about what I do.

I lovingly and professionally package all my artwork to guarantee that they will arrive to your doorstep in the same condition that they leave mine. The piece will come wrapped and tied in a gift-worthy package, and enclosed into a rigid mailer to prevent any creases or folds. I also sign and date all artwork, and each piece has a stamp of authenticity on the back. 

I ship with courier and provide tracking numbers. If you require an upgraded shipping method, send me a message before purchase and I will upgrade the shipping for you. Typically though, it will take about 1-2 weeks to ship internationally. Keep in mind though, I can’t guarantee shipping times, but will do my best to give you an accurate estimate at the time of shipment.

All my artwork is painted on professional grade 300gsm/140lbs cold pressed watercolour and/or handmade cotton paper. I try to size my artwork so that each piece can fit into standard frames. If there is something on my page that you like that has already been purchased, let me know, and I'd be more than happy to recreate something similar for you. I am almost always available to do custom commission work. If you have something in mind that you’d like to have painted, please reach out.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Returns:

If you're not happy with your purchase, I will gladly work with you to return the item. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery to work out a return. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the item that is being returned. The buyer must return the item, undamaged, within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund. After the item is returned in good condition, I will refund for the original cost of the item within 7 business days.


Shipping Damage:
If the item you receive has been damaged during the shipping process, you must contact me within 7 days of receiving the item in order to receive a replacement or refund. I must also see a clear photo of the damage. I do not require the buyer to return the damaged item, and will issue a full refund. Although I package my art as best as possible to prevent damage, it may occasionally happen. Please contact me as soon as possible if your item is damaged and I will do all I can to make it right.

Loss: In the event that your item is lost in the mail, I will issue a full refund or replacement if possible. You must contact me within 60 days of placing your order to get a refund in this case.
